A special thank you to the Kenyon and Cleary families for your wonderful hospitality and for providing me with transportation, shelter, food, and lots of fun. Not only did all of you make this trip enjoyable, but you actually made it possible. For that I am truly grateful. Thank you, as well, to Ian's family for the visit to and in Seattle. And thank you, Mom, for taking me to and picking me up from the airport, especially so early in the morning.
